Refreshing the Mobile App

If data on the app isn't updated, you can trigger a refresh

In most cases, the mobile app will sync automatically to ensure the app displays the most updated information. However, if users feel the information isn't accurate, they can manually trigger a hard refresh to sync the data. The most common scenario for this issue is leaving the app open and running in the background on a device for an extended period of time. 

 

There are a few options available to trigger a hard refresh: 

 

  • Swipe down on the screen to trigger the loading icon

  • Close the app completely (not running in the background) and then reopen it

  • Log out and log back in
