If volunteers are part of multiple organizations that use Track it Forward, they can link their user account to multiple sites. There are 2 primary options for registering as a volunteer with a second organization.

Self Register

If the new organization asks you to self register, you can use the direct link to access their site on Track It Forward. This link is typically provided by the organization via email or by posting it on their website.

Since you already have a Track It Forward user account, you can enter the email address/password for your account and click Sign In.

On the next screen, you will see any custom profile fields that are required for your new site. Since profile data is tracked individually per site, you may need to re-enter certain fields like first and last name. Once you've entered the required information, click Save Profile.

Once the profile is saved, you will be redirected to the hour log for your new site where you can start logging hours.

If you click Account in the top right corner, you will be redirected to the volunteer dashboard for your user account. From here, you will see all of the sites that you are now connected to on Track It Forward. This allows you to select which site you want to log hours for each time you visit.

Registered by a Site Administrator

Alternatively, a site manager for your new site can add you directly as a new volunteer. This can be done by entering the email address for your existing account to the Add Volunteers section of their Organizer Dashboard. Our system will automatically recognize the email address already exists and it will link the new organization to the current account.

When the volunteer logs in, they will automatically see all sites listed on their dashboard.
