As a site owner or manager, you have the ability to edit information on behalf of your volunteer. If a volunteer wants to change their email address or needs assistance with their password, the site manager can assist them. 

To update the email address and/or password for one of your volunteers, go to Organizer Dashboard > Volunteers and click on the volunteer you want to update.  

Next, go to the Password tab of their user account. Here, you can update the email address or create a new password on their behalf. Once you've made your revisions, click Update to process the change.

In some scenarios, you may see a message that you can only send a password reset email to the volunteer. This message appears if the volunteer has a user account with multiple Track It Forward sites under the same email address. You cannot edit their email/password directly, but you can send them a reset email so they can access their account and make the change.
