Track It Forward currently offers a free plan with limited features that is designed for small programs that just need a simple tracking tool. The free plan is similar to the features/functionality of our Basic plan, with a few key differences: 

  • The free plan does not include custom email capabilities - With the Basic version, organizations can send out custom e-Blasts with reminders, announcements, and program updates. They can also create custom invitations through the event calendar to encourage volunteer sign ups. 
  • The free plan does not include embedded widgets - With the Basic plan, organizations can embed widgets directly on their website to provide easier access for volunteers. Some of the available widgets include the volunteer registration form, event calendar, and charts for volunteer hours.
  • The free plan is limited to 25 user accounts on the site - If organizations exceed 25 users, they can choose to upgrade their account or archive users to continue using the free version. Paid subscriptions are available in increments of 100 users. 

Organizations can sign up for the free plan directly or they can start with a free trial of a paid plan. At the end of the 30 day trial, organizations will be automatically downgraded to the free version if they haven't upgraded yet.
