If you forgot your password, you can reset it through the Sign In Page. Under the sign in form, click on Find it here!
Once you're there, enter your username or email address in the text box and click on Email new password.
You will receive an email with the temporary password and instructions on resetting your password. Please note that this link will only work once. If you did not get the email, make sure you check your SPAM folder as well.
Click the link from the email and then click the Login button to access your Track It Forward profile.
From your account dashboard, click the button for Change Password & Email to update your password for future use and click save.
If you still need assistance, you can contact your manager to reset your password. Any manager at your site should be able to reset your password. (Note: This is not possible if you are part of more than one volunteer site.)
