Once you're there, enter your username or email address in the text box and click on Email new password.
You will receive an email with the temporary password and instructions on resetting your password. Please note that this link will only work once. If you did not get the email, make sure you check your SPAM folder as well.
Click the link from the email and then click the Login button to access your Track It Forward profile.
You should be automatically redirected to the Change Password & Email page of your account so you can enter a new password and save your changes.
Once your changes are saved, you will be redirected to your account dashboard. If you need to make another change to the password, you can click the button for Change Password & Email to update your login credentials.
If you still need assistance, you can contact your site manager to reset your password. Any manager at your site should be able to reset your password. (Note: This is not possible if you are part of more than one volunteer site.)
