There are several types of emails that volunteers are able to receive.
- Reminders (2 days prior)
- Upon sign up
- If an event is canceled
- Reminder after an event to log hours
- Attendee email blasts
Regarding the Track It Forward Site:
- Invitation to start logging hours
- Invitation to self-register
- Personalized email blast
- Forgot password
Volunteers have the ability to unsubscribe only to email blasts and event invitations.
On your main dashboard, go to Edit Profile. Under the profile information, under Manage Subscriptions you select which subscription you'd like to cancel and click on Update Subscriptions or to cancel all, click on Unsubscribe for all Emails.
