Editing volunteer information

Change a volunteer's name or profile information:

Go to Organizer Dashboard >> Volunteers >> List of Volunteers and find the volunteer's name (use the magnifying glass search icon if you have many volunteers) or click on the underlined name if you already see it in the list. This will lead you to another tab which will have the volunteers information:

  • Timesheet - view and edit their hours
  • Permissions - this section will allow you to delete the volunteer, transfer hours between this volunteer and other volunteers, and assign them different roles such as coordinator or approver if you have additional people helping you approve hours etc. SEE Assigning Roles and Permissions for detailed descriptions of each role and their permissions. 
  • Profile Fields - allows you to view all profile information entered by the volunteer and allows you to edit the contents.
  • Password - view and update volunteer email addresses as well as change passwords if needed. 
  • Notes - space to add extra notes and information.
