By default, certain site administrators will have access to create and manage events on the calendar. For some organizations, volunteers may be responsible for managing events, but they don't need full administrative access. In this scenario, you can designate the volunteer as the Event Organizer for specific opportunities. 

To update the Event Organizer, go to the Events page of your Track It Forward site. 


Find your event in the calendar and click on it to edit.


At the bottom of the page, locate the Manage section and select Edit.


Expand the Other Settings section, and use the dropdown under Organizer to change the event owner.

Save your changes and the event organizer will be updated! The new organizer will receive any automated notification and they will have access to edit the event, email attendees, review the registration list, etc.
