For the FACTS SIS integration, you will be working directly with our Track it Forward team to complete set up and the first sync.

  1. Current customers: To get started with the FACTS SIS integration, please express your interest by filling out this formNew customers: Please request a demo call, or start an advanced free trial, and express interest in the FACTS SIS integration.
  2. Our team will reach out to you to schedule a Discovery call where we will answer questions about the integration and discuss how your school uses FACTS SIS.
  3. You’ll create an API key for your FACTS SIS data and disable hour writing in FACTS SIS. Current customers: You will also archive any appropriate users in Track it Forward from the past school year.
  4. Once your API key is created, please let us know and we can schedule a pre-onboarding call to take a look at your data.
  5. On the pre-onboarding call, we will discuss any errors that may have been in your FACTS SIS data and review which users you would like to sync.
  6. We’ll give you access to the selection tool to continue fixing errors and make decisions on who you want to sync.
  7. When you are done with your selections, please let us know and we will schedule an onboarding call to finalize the first sync between your FACTS SIS account and your Track it Forward site!
  8. After the first sync, you’ll be able to use the integration tool to sync and archive users at any time on your own. Administrators will receive an email notification when new users or user updates are ready to sync. Approved hours will sync to FACTS SIS automatically if you have this enabled.
