The FACTS SIS integration set up is designed to be self-serve, or you can reach out to our team at support@trackitforward.com to set up a FACTS SIS onboarding call.
- To get started with the FACTS SIS integration, please make sure you are on the advanced plan. You can start an advanced free trial, if you need to create a site, or upgrade from your Payments/Upgrade page from the Organizer Dashboard.
- You’ll create an API key for your FACTS SIS data and disable hour writing in FACTS SIS. Then enter your API key into the FACTS SIS integration tool on Track it Forward.
- Use the sync tool on Track it Forward to select your school and user type (Parents or Students).
- Use the sync tool on Track it Forward to select which profile fields you would like to sync.
- Use the sync tool on Track it Forward to select your users and review any errors such as missing or duplicate email addresses.
- Continue through the sync tool to the orange Sync button to sync your users for the first time.
- After the first sync, you’ll be able to use the integration tool to sync and archive users at any time on your own. Administrators will receive an email notification when new users or user updates are ready to sync. Approved hours will sync to FACTS SIS automatically if you have this enabled.
